Preservation Architect for Historic Buildings
As a Preservation Architect for Historic Buildings, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historic structures in the city of Moscow. Your duties will include conducting site surveys, analyzing building materials, and developing preservation plans that adhere to local regulations and standards. You will also work closely with contractors and construction teams to ensure that preservation projects are carried out effectively and efficiently. Your expertise in architectural history and conservation techniques will be crucial in maintaining the integrity of these historic buildings for future generations. This is a full-time position that offers a salary of 900$ per month.
As a successful candidate, you must have a degree in Architecture with a specialization in historic preservation or conservation. You should also have at least 2 years of experience working on preservation projects, preferably within an urban setting. Excellent knowledge of local building codes and regulations is essential, as well as proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software programs.
In this role, strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are crucial. You must be able to work independently as well as part of a team, with excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders. Fluency in English is required for this position.
