Our flower shop in Sheduva is looking for an entry-level florist to join our team. This is a perfect opportunity for someone without prior experience in the floral industry, as we are willing to train the right candidate. This position is suitable for English-speaking individuals who are looking for part-time work with accommodation provided.

As a florist, your main responsibility will be to create stunning floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and holidays. You will work closely with our team to fulfill customer orders and ensure that our shop is always fully stocked with fresh and high-quality flowers. Attention to detail is key in this role, as you will be responsible for handling delicate flowers and ensuring that each arrangement meets our standards of perfection.

We are looking for someone who is creative, has a good sense of color and design, and can work well under pressure. As this position involves working with customers, excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are also important qualities we seek. While prior experience in the floral industry is not required, it is preferred.

In addition to creating floral arrangements, you will also assist with general shop duties such as cleaning and maintaining displays. This position requires physical stamina as you will be on your feet most of the day and may need to lift heavy buckets of flowers.

We offer a competitive salary of 1100 USD per month plus tips. Accommodation will be provided for the first 3 months while you settle into your new role. We require all candidates to have a valid biometric passport or be willing to obtain one before starting work.
