Mason



As a Mason, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing and maintaining structures made of brick, stone or concrete. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the structural integrity and aesthetic appeal of buildings and other structures. We are looking for a skilled Mason who is able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut and shape materials such as bricks, stones or concrete blocks to fit specific dimensions
- Lay out patterns or foundations using chalk lines or other marking tools
- Mix mortar or grout and apply it onto surfaces using trowels
- Set bricks or stones in place, tapping them with hammers to align them properly
- Use levels, rulers and other measuring tools to ensure accuracy
- Repair or replace damaged bricks or stones
- Clean excess mortar from the surface using sponges, brushes or acid solutions
- Construct corners by fastening in plumb position corner poles with nails or screws

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mason (experience in bricklaying preferred)
- Ability to read blueprints and understand construction plans
- Familiarity with hand and power tools used in masonry work
- Attention to detail and precision in work
- Physical stamina to withstand long hours of standing, bending and lifting heavy materials
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $1500 per month
Location: Herzliya, Israel

Note: This position is open to foreigners who are fluent in English. Full time job without experience required. Accommodation can be provided. Work visa sponsorship may also be available for qualified candidates.
