Team Lead

Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and managing a team of employees
- Providing guidance and support to team members
- Setting goals and expectations for the team
- Monitoring individual and team performance
- Facilitating communication between team members
- Reporting progress to upper management
- Identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
- Ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
- Handling any conflicts or issues within the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred)
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1000 per month.
