We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Teamlead to join our team in Karachi. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for managing and guiding a team of professionals to achieve project goals and objectives. The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a deep understanding of project management principles. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve project goals and objectives
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback, coaching, and training as needed
- Develop project plans, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and resources
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations
- Track project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions when necessary
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss updates, issues, and solutions
- Prepare reports on team performance, project status, and budget utilization

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience as a Teamlead or similar role in the IT industry
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members towards success
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using project management software such as Asana or Trello
- Fluency in English language (both written and verbal)
- Able to work full-time in Karachi
