Surveyor - Land and Property Management

As a Surveyor for land and property management, you will be responsible for accurately measuring and mapping out land boundaries, as well as identifying and evaluating potential property developments. Your main duties will include conducting surveys, analyzing data, preparing reports, and working closely with clients to ensure their needs are met. This is a contract position in Al Buraymi, suitable for Indian nationals with experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to determine precise land boundaries
- Use specialized equipment such as GPS, total stations and drones to collect data
- Analyze survey data and prepare detailed reports
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Identify potential property developments and evaluate their feasibility
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with relevant regulations and standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Surveyor in land and property management
- Extensive knowledge of surveying techniques, equipment, and software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Salary: $1500 per month
