Job Title: Experienced Roofer in Ufa, Russia

Our roofing company in Ufa, Russia is seeking an experienced roofer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in roofing and must be physically fit to perform the job duties. This is a full-time position without accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain various types of roofs including shingles, tiles, and metal roofs
- Measure and cut roofing materials to fit specific dimensions
- Properly secure roofing materials using nails or adhesives
- Inspect roofs for any damages or leaks and make necessary repairs
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in roofing
- Physically fit to perform manual labor tasks such as climbing ladders and carrying heavy materials
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Knowledge of different roofing materials and installation methods
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.

Visa and Travel:
We provide free visa sponsorship for all nationalities. We also cover the cost of your flight ticket to Ufa.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM. Some overtime may be required depending on project deadlines.

Language Requirements:
English proficiency is not required for this position as our team primarily speaks Russian. However, basic communication skills in English would be an asset.
