Facade Engineer



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facade Engineer to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Facade Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, constructing, and maintaining the external facades of buildings. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month, including free visa and ticket.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site surveys to assess the structural integrity and safety of existing facades
- Develop detailed designs for new facades or modifications to existing ones
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure that facade designs meet aesthetic and functional requirements
- Use computer software to create 2D or 3D models of facade designs
- Prepare technical drawings and specifications for facade construction
- Oversee the installation and construction of facades on-site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and design specifications
- Conduct quality control checks during the construction process to ensure high-quality workmanship
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to stay within budget and meet deadlines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as a Facade Engineer
- Extensive knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and structural analysis software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred:
- Experience working on projects in Los Angeles or similar climate conditions
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other computer aided design software
