Hotel Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Mombasa. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase hotel revenue and occupancy. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month. Indian nationals with biometric passports are preferred for this urgent position.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase hotel revenue and occupancy
- Identify new business opportunities and target potential clients
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
- Negotiate contracts with clients to secure profitable deals for the hotel
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Train and lead the sales team to achieve targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, reservations, and operations to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare reports on sales activities, revenue, and expenses for management review
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales management or a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the hospitality industry
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Knowledge of local market trends is preferred
