Online Consultant

A growing online consulting firm in Herzliya is seeking an Online Consultant to join our team. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice, guidance, and support to clients through various online platforms. You will also be responsible for managing client relationships and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (Hebrew speaking is a plus)
- Previous experience in customer service or consulting
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using online tools and platforms

Responsibilities:
- Interact with clients through various online channels, including email, chat, and video calls
- Provide expert advice and guidance on products or services offered by the company
- Assist clients in resolving any issues or concerns they may have
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Herzliya (open to candidates of all nationalities)
