The renowned pastry shop "Sweet Delights" in Vilnius is seeking a skilled and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of sweet treats such as cakes, pastries, cookies, and desserts. Your creativity and attention to detail will play a crucial role in delivering delicious and visually appealing products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create new and innovative pastry recipes while also maintaining our signature dishes
- Prepare all pastry items according to company standards and customer preferences
- Oversee the production of pastries, ensuring high quality and consistency
- Train and supervise junior pastry staff members
- Manage inventory of pastry supplies and order ingredients as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work station at all times
- Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain proper hygiene standards

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Extensive knowledge of various pastry techniques, ingredients, equipment, and recipes
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task in a high-pressure environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate junior staff members
- Creativity and attention to detail in creating visually appealing pastries
- Understanding of food safety regulations
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays

Salary: 1700$ per month
