Gardener - Full Time (Akron, USA)

A well-established landscaping company in Akron is seeking a full-time Gardener to join our team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about gardening and has a green thumb. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and beautifying our clients' gardens and outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
- Planting, pruning, watering, and fertilizing plants
- Maintaining lawns by mowing, edging, and weeding
- Identifying and treating plant diseases and pests
- Designing and implementing new garden layouts
- Assisting with landscape installations
- Operating and maintaining garden equipment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in gardening or landscaping preferred but not required
- Knowledge of different types of plants, flowers, and trees
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
