Merchandiser Supervisor


We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Merchandiser Supervisor to join our team in Ar-Ruwais. As a Merchandiser Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the merchandising process and ensuring that all products are displayed and promoted effectively to drive sales. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$, and we welcome applicants from all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of merchandisers, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Develop effective merchandising strategies to increase product visibility and sales.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of products on shelves.
- Conduct store visits to ensure proper execution of merchandising plans.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for product placement and promotions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop attractive displays and promotional materials.
- Train store staff on product knowledge, promotions, and pricing information.
- Communicate regularly with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or Merchandising Supervisor in the retail industry is required.
- Good understanding of retail principles, market trends, and consumer behavior.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with suppliers, store staff, and customers.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
