Senior Accountant


We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Dar Kulaib. As the Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company and ensuring compliance with all accounting standards and regulations. You will work closely with the finance team to analyze financial data, prepare financial reports, and make recommendations for improving financial performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the company's financial operations
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Analyze financial data and make recommendations for improving financial performance
- Monitor cash flow and manage budgeting processes
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision making
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of financial records
- Train and mentor junior accountants

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks)
- Knowledge of tax laws and regulations is preferred

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
