Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Sheduva. As a member of our support team, you will provide technical assistance to our customers and help resolve any issues they may have with our products or services. Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or live chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products or services
- Escalate complex issues to senior technicians when necessary
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our system
- Collaborate with other teams to improve product functionality and customer experience
- Stay updated on new product features and industry trends

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to explain technical information in simple terms
- Customer-oriented mindset with patience and empathy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this position.

Location:
This job is located in Sheduva but we welcome candidates from all nationalities who meet the requirements.
