Concierge (English-speaking) in Nizwa, Oman
We are seeking a customer service-oriented Concierge to join our team in Nizwa, Oman. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. This is a contract position with a salary of 1100$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Arrange transportation, reservations, and other requests as needed
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Maintain a neat and organized lobby area
- Assist with luggage handling when necessary
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong knowledge of the local area
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Must have valid visa sponsorship for working in Oman
Preferred:
- Previous experience in a similar role or within the hospitality industry
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Knowledge of additional languages
