We are looking for a skilled and experienced Gardener to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for the gardens and outdoor spaces of our clients' homes. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute garden maintenance tasks such as planting, pruning, weeding, and watering
- Monitor plant health and identify any pests or diseases
- Install new plants and maintain existing ones
- Mow lawns, trim hedges, and perform other landscaping duties
- Ensure that all tools and equipment are properly maintained
- Communicate with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences for their gardens
- Keep track of inventory and purchase necessary supplies when needed

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in gardening or landscaping
- Knowledge of plants, flowers, and trees commonly found in Los Angeles
- Ability to operate gardening equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and hand tools
- Physical fitness to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and strong time management skills
- Good communication skills to interact with clients in a professional manner

Preferred qualifications:
- Certification in horticulture or landscaping
- Experience working with irrigation systems
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Indian nationality preferred but not required
