We are hiring a Finishing Specialist to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Finishing Specialist, you will be responsible for completing high-quality finishing work on various projects. This includes sanding, painting, polishing, and other tasks to ensure a smooth and flawless surface on the final product.

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Finisher or in a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
- Knowledge of different finishing techniques and tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good physical stamina and dexterity
- Basic understanding of English is preferred

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for finishing by sanding, filling, and smoothing imperfections
- Apply paint or other finishes using appropriate techniques
- Use various tools and equipment to achieve desired finish on different materials
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance before delivery
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
