We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Team Lead to join our team in Faisalabad, Pakistan. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and supervising a team of employees to ensure the successful completion of projects and tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to the team, setting clear expectations and goals
- Monitor team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed
- Collaborate with other department leads to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team
- Identify training needs and opportunities for professional development of team members
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions
- Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and scope
- Handle any issues or conflicts that may arise within the team

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Team Lead or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience working in a cross-functional team environment
- Knowledge of project management methodologies is preferred
- Must have own visa allowing for employment in Pakistan
