Commercial Architect

We are a leading architectural firm based in Faisalabad, seeking a talented and driven Commercial Architect to join our team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for commercial architecture and a desire to gain experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their needs and develop design concepts for commercial properties
- Create detailed drawings and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess feasibility of designs
- Work with contractors and vendors to ensure designs are executed accurately
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture or related field
- Strong proficiency in CAD software, specifically AutoCAD
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Prior experience in commercial architecture is preferred but not required

Salary: $1000 per month (based on experience)

Location: Faisalabad, Pakistan (local candidates preferred)
