Job Title: Part-Time Commercial Architect


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team on a part-time basis in Faisalabad. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as office spaces, retail stores, and industrial facilities. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional, aesthetically pleasing designs that meet their budget and timeline requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project goals, budget, and specific requirements
- Develop concept designs and present them to clients for approval
- Create detailed drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is in accordance with plans
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to stay on schedule and within budget
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficient in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations related to commercial construction
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work part-time hours as needed

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in Faisalabad but candidates from other cities are also welcome.
