Part-time Commercial Architect

We are a leading architectural firm in Faisalabad, seeking a talented and driven Commercial Architect to join our team on a part-time basis. As a part-time Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for commercial buildings, such as offices, retail spaces, and other commercial structures. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate without experience to gain valuable experience in the field of commercial architecture.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and vision for their commercial project
- Create detailed drawings and renderings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Develop design proposals that meet client requirements while adhering to building codes and regulations
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of the project
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and provide guidance as needed
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve design processes

Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture or related field
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.)
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and colleagues
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. The candidate must be available to work at least 20 hours per week.

Salary:
Salary will be based on experience level. This position offers competitive compensation starting at $1100 per month.

Location:
The role is located in Faisalabad. The candidate must have their own visa status.
