As a Finisher, you will be responsible for completing the final stages of production on various projects. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will have experience in finish work, including sanding, painting, and polishing. This position is based in Chelyabinsk and offers a salary of $1100 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Complete final stages of production on various projects
- Ensure high quality finish work, including sanding, painting, and polishing
- Work independently to meet tight deadlines
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during finishing process
- Maintain clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

Requirements:
- Previous experience in finish work or similar role
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Good time management skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects if needed
- Biometric passport preferred
