Indian Sales Manager - Las Vegas


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Indian Sales Manager to join our team in Las Vegas. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company targets and increase revenue. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring they meet their sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company targets
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing training, coaching, and support as needed
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company's products/services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales, preferably in the same industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Must have valid work permit/visa to work in the US without sponsorship

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of $900 per month plus commission on sales.

Location:
This role is based in Las Vegas. Candidates must be willing to relocate at their own expense.
