Fitter Technician


We are seeking a skilled Fitter Technician to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Fitter Technician, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and repairing mechanical systems and equipment. Your role will involve reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings, operating various hand and power tools, and performing routine maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine work procedures
- Assemble mechanical components according to specifications using various hand and power tools
- Install mechanical systems such as heating, cooling, ventilation, and plumbing
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on mechanical equipment
- Troubleshoot issues with mechanical systems and make necessary repairs
- Ensure all work is completed accurately and meets safety standards
- Communicate with team members to coordinate work activities

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or technical training preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Fitter or in a similar role
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Experience using hand and power tools for assembly and repair work
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and their components
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively
- Good communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.

Location:
This job is based in Los Angeles but is open to candidates of any nationality.

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position with standard working hours from Monday-Friday. The position also includes accommodation for the successful candidate.
