Office Assistant - Nepali Speaking
We are hiring an Office Assistant who is fluent in Nepali and English to join our team in Albena. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls, taking messages and directing them to the appropriate staff member
- Greeting visitors and assisting them with their inquiries
- Managing office supplies and ordering new ones when needed
- Organizing and maintaining physical and electronic files
- Scheduling appointments and meetings for company executives
- Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and data entry
- Performing general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents
Requirements:
- Fluent in both Nepali and English (written and spoken)
- Previous experience working in an office environment is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly personality
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Must have a valid biometric passport
Salary:
$1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)
