A well-established bakery in Plovdiv is seeking a skilled and experienced Malayalee Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, and cakes. You must have a strong understanding of different baking techniques and be able to follow recipes accurately. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience working as a Baker in a busy bakery.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and toppings according to recipes
- Bake different types of bread, pastries, and cakes
- Decorate cakes with icing or other toppings
- Monitor ovens and adjust baking times to ensure products are cooked properly
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment
- Monitor inventory levels and inform management of supplies needed
- Train new employees on baking techniques

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in both Malayalam and English
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Baker
- Knowledge of different baking techniques
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Strong time management skills
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
