Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assistance to clients such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Administer medications as directed by the client's physician
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry and tidying up
- Accompany clients on errands and appointments
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients
- Observe and report any changes in client's condition to the supervisor
- Maintain accurate records of client's care and progress

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a caregiver for elderly or disabled individuals

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
