Caregiver Supervisor


Position Summary:
The Caregiver Supervisor will oversee the daily activities of our caregiving team in Multan, ensuring high-quality care is provided to all clients. This position requires a compassionate and organized individual with experience in caregiving.

Key Responsibilities:
- Train, mentor, and supervise a team of caregivers to ensure they are providing excellent care to clients
- Conduct regular evaluations and provide feedback to caregivers on their performance
- Assist with scheduling and assigning caregivers to clients, making sure all shifts are covered
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure client needs are being met effectively
- Conduct client assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Monitor medication administration and adherence to treatment plans
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client care

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in caregiving or a related field
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in basic computer skills for record keeping purposes
- Certificate or diploma in nursing or healthcare preferred

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1400$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Multan, but may require occasional travel within the city for client assessments or meetings.
