Industrial Architect for Visa Sponsored Position in Wiltz, Luxembourg

We are seeking a talented and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Wiltz, Luxembourg. This is a visa sponsored position, specifically for Filipino candidates. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and at least 2 years of experience in industrial building design.

As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings such as factories, warehouses, and distribution centers. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop designs that are functional, cost-effective, and aesthetically pleasing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and objectives
- Develop preliminary sketches and designs for industrial buildings
- Create detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD or other software
- Ensure that projects comply with building codes and regulations
- Oversee the construction process to ensure quality and adherence to design plans
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial building design
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other architectural software
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with clients and team members
