Job Title: Senior Industrial Architect

As a Senior Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial facilities. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions that meet their requirements. Your role will also involve managing a team of architects and engineers, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. You will need to have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. A minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial architecture is required for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for industrial facilities
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the feasibility of designs
- Manage a team of architects and oversee all stages of the construction process
- Monitor project progress to ensure that timelines are met and budgets are adhered to
- Conduct site visits to inspect construction progress and address any issues that may arise
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects on the team
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in industrial architecture
- Use your knowledge and expertise to identify potential risks or challenges during the design process.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial architecture
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards for industrial facilities.

Salary: $900 per month (negotiable based on experience)
