Floral Designer

Eldoret's premier floral boutique is seeking a creative and talented Floral Designer to join our team. As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, parties, and corporate events. You must have a passion for flowers and possess excellent design skills to bring our clients' visions to life.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their floral needs and design preferences
- Source and select the best quality flowers from suppliers
- Create unique floral arrangements that meet clients' specifications
- Use your creativity to come up with new and innovative designs
- Maintain the overall aesthetic of the shop by arranging displays
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Assist with general shop duties such as cleaning, organizing, and customer service

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Floral Designer or in a related position
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, their characteristics, and care instructions
- Excellent design skills with an eye for color, texture, and composition
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients effectively
- Proficiency in English (Filipino speakers preferred)
- Must be able to provide biometric passport or valid work permit if not a Kenyan citizen.

We offer competitive salary (starting at $1600/month) plus commission on sales.
