Loader Operator


We are in need of a skilled Loader Operator to join our team in Lom. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to load and transport materials around the construction site. Your main duty will be to ensure the safe and efficient movement of materials, as well as assisting with general site maintenance and clean-up.

To excel in this role, you must have experience operating loaders or other heavy equipment, as well as a solid understanding of construction safety protocols. You should also possess good hand-eye coordination, physical strength, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate loader and other heavy equipment to load and transport materials
- Inspect equipment before use and report any issues or malfunctions
- Follow safety procedures at all times to ensure the protection of yourself and others
- Load materials onto trucks or into designated areas according to instructions
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed
- Assist with general site clean-up and maintenance tasks when not operating machinery

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating loaders or other heavy equipment
- Knowledge of construction safety protocols
- Physical strength and good hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions

Salary: 1400$ per month
