Experienced Gardener

Our landscaping company is seeking an experienced Gardener to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and beautifying various outdoor spaces, including gardens, parks, and commercial properties. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$. We welcome candidates from India who are fluent in English and have a valid work visa.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as mowing, weeding, pruning, and watering
- Plant new flowers, shrubs, and trees according to design plans
- Monitor plant health and treat any diseases or pests as needed
- Install and maintain irrigation systems
- Operate and maintain gardening equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and hand tools
- Keep outdoor spaces clean and tidy by removing debris and litter

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Gardener or in a similar role
- Proficient in English communication skills
- Knowledge of different plants, flowers, shrubs, and trees commonly found in Chelyabinsk
- Ability to operate gardening equipment safely
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail for maintaining high-quality outdoor spaces
- Valid work visa for Russia
