Job Title: Part-Time Formworker
Location: Faisalabad, Pakistan
Salary: $1400 per month


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Formworker to join our team on a part-time basis in Faisalabad. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for constructing and setting up forms that will hold concrete in place during construction projects. This role requires strong attention to detail, physical strength, and the ability to work with various construction tools and equipment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in formwork and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials
- Cut, shape, and assemble wood or metal forms for concrete placement
- Set up scaffolding or other support structures as needed
- Place reinforcing steel rods or mesh in forms before concrete is poured
- Pour, spread, and level concrete using various tools such as rakes, shovels, trowels, etc.
- Finish surfaces using hand or power tools
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment used in the formwork process

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Formworker or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and understand construction drawings
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor tasks
- Knowledge of different types of formwork systems (e.g. timber, steel)
- Familiarity with construction tools (e.g. saws, drills) and equipment (e.g. scaffolding)
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to also work independently when needed

Working Conditions:
