Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team in St. Petersburg. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients and customers. This includes troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and maintaining network infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to computers, printers, networking equipment, etc.
- Install and configure computer systems according to client needs
- Maintain network infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Document all support activities and resolutions in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies in order to provide efficient support

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 2 years of experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role
- Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP) and network infrastructure (switches, routers)
- Experience with installing and configuring computer systems
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $1400 per month.

City: St. Petersburg.
