We are seeking a skilled and experienced Solar Installer to join our growing team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar panels on residential and commercial buildings. Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels on roofs and other structures according to design specifications
- Conduct site surveys to determine the best placement for panels
- Perform regular maintenance on existing solar systems
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with solar panels or wiring
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Keep accurate records of installations, maintenance, and repairs

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in solar panel installation preferred but not required
- Knowledge of electrical systems and wiring
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Fluent in Malayalam or English, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members

Salary: $900 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Accommodation: Accommodation will be provided for candidates who do not reside in Siauliai.
