We are hiring a skilled Solar Installer to join our team in Siauliai. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar panels and equipment, ensuring they are functioning properly and safely. You will work closely with our team of engineers and electricians to complete projects on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with solar panels and equipment, as well as basic knowledge of electrical systems. A high level of physical fitness is also required as this job involves climbing ladders, lifting heavy equipment, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels on rooftops or other designated areas
- Connect panels to inverters and other electrical components
- Conduct routine maintenance on solar systems
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with solar systems
- Work with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently
- Follow safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with solar panels or electrical systems preferred
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems
- Physically fit and able to work at heights
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills
