Sales Representative


We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling our products and services to potential customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong sales techniques, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. The ideal candidate should have previous sales experience, be self-motivated and results-driven. This is a commission-based position with potential for growth within the company. Preference will be given to candidates with Kenyan nationality or experience in the Kenyan market.

Salary: $1000/month (commission-based)

Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers through various methods such as cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Present and demonstrate our products and services to potential customers
- Negotiate sales contracts with clients
- Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Regularly update sales reports and provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs

Requirements:
- Kenyan nationality or previous experience in the Kenyan market preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (Lithuanian proficiency is a plus)
- Proven track record of successful sales experience
- Self-motivated and results-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexibility to work on a commission-based salary structure

Working Conditions:
