We are a reputable construction company based in Moscow, seeking a skilled Plasterer to join our team. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster to interior and exterior walls and ceilings to create a smooth and even surface. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning, smoothing, and priming them
- Mix and apply different types of plaster such as cement, lime, and acrylic
- Use hand tools or spray equipment to spread and smooth plaster evenly
- Repair cracks or holes in walls or ceilings prior to plastering
- Create decorative textures or patterns on finished surfaces
- Follow safety regulations and wear protective gear at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer or similar role
- Knowledge of various types of plaster and their application techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail with excellent hand-eye coordination
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time
- Good communication skills in English (Russian language skills are a plus)
