IT Systems Analyst



As an IT Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving computer systems and processes to meet the needs of our organization. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of both business operations and information technology.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting research and analysis to identify areas for improvement in current computer systems
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather and document system requirements
- Designing, developing, and implementing new or improved computer systems and processes
- Testing and troubleshooting systems to ensure they meet quality standards
- Providing technical support and training for end-users
- Analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that can inform system enhancements
- Staying up-to-date with technological advancements in the field of information technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Knowledge of database management systems (SQL Server, Oracle)
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $1000/month

Location: Izhevsk, Russia (accommodation provided)
