Industrial Architect

As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative and functional designs. Your role will involve creating detailed plans, conducting site visits, and collaborating with engineers and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects.

You must have a strong understanding of industrial design principles, as well as knowledge of building codes and regulations. Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills are essential for this role. The ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other team members is also crucial.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss project requirements and budget
- Develop design concepts that meet the client's needs
- Create detailed drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to assess existing structures and gather information for new projects
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals on project teams
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Prepare cost estimates and schedules for projects
- Monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with design plans
- Make necessary adjustments to designs based on client feedback or site conditions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience in industrial architecture or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of industrial design principles and building codes/regulations
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Excellent communication skills in English (Nepali language skills preferred)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Salary: $1300/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Utena (accommodation not provided)
