Industrial Architect



As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings such as factories, warehouses, and production facilities. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and construction teams to create functional and efficient spaces that meet their specific needs. This role requires a strong understanding of industrial building requirements and regulations, as well as experience in project management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements for industrial buildings
- Create detailed design plans for industrial buildings, including layout, materials, structural elements, and building systems
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes and regulations
- Oversee the construction process to ensure design plans are properly executed
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make necessary adjustments to keep them on track
- Work closely with engineers to ensure structural integrity of designs
- Manage project budgets and timelines effectively
- Conduct site visits to inspect construction progress and address any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in industrial architecture or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of industrial building regulations and codes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail
- Project management experience is preferred

Salary: 1300$ per month
