Junior Industrial Architect



We are seeking a talented and creative Junior Industrial Architect to join our team in Utena. As a Junior Industrial Architect, you will work alongside our experienced architects to design and plan industrial spaces that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$, and no English language skills are required.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing architectural plans for industrial spaces, including factories, warehouses, and production facilities
- Collaborate with senior architects to create innovative and efficient designs that meet client needs
- Utilize CAD software to create detailed drawings and renderings of proposed designs
- Research local building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with all requirements
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess space constraints
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to discuss project requirements and updates

Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture or related field (candidates without a degree will also be considered)
- Strong design skills with an eye for detail
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills

Preferred:
- Experience working on industrial projects is a plus but not required
- Fluency in English is an advantage but not mandatory
