Junior Architecture Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architecture Manager to join our team in Sheduva. As a Junior Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the senior management team with project planning, design development, and construction documentation. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience to gain hands-on experience in the field of architecture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project goals are met
- Conduct research and analysis on materials, construction techniques, and building codes
- Create detailed drawings and models using AutoCAD or other design software
- Participate in site visits and meetings with clients to gather information and present design concepts
- Review and approve construction documents for accuracy and compliance with design standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations is a plus

Salary: $1400 per month

Location: Sheduva (preferably Indian nationals)
