Experienced Formworker in Las Vegas (Contract, No English Required)


We are seeking an experienced Formworker to join our team in Las Vegas. This is a contract position that does not require proficiency in English, making it a great opportunity for foreign workers or those who do not speak English as their first language. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for constructing temporary and permanent structures used to support concrete during construction projects. This is a physically demanding job that requires experience and expertise in formwork systems.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans to determine project requirements
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials such as wood, plywood, or metal
- Cut materials to specified sizes using hand tools or power saws
- Assemble forms and fasten them together with various types of hardware and connectors
- Reinforce forms with wire mesh or steel bars as needed
- Pour and spread concrete into forms using hand tools or power equipment
- Smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete using trowels or screeds
- Monitor curing process of concrete to ensure proper strength development
- Remove forms after concrete has dried and clean up job site

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Formworker in the construction industry
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and construction plans accurately
- Knowledge of various formwork systems, including timber, steel, aluminum, and plastic
- Skilled in using hand tools such as saws, drills, hammers, etc.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in outdoor conditions
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse team members

Benefits:
This is an urgent position with competitive salary starting at $1600 per month. You will be provided with your own visa for this contract job.
