The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of cranes to lift and move heavy materials on construction sites.

Responsibilities:
- Operate cranes safely and efficiently according to company standards and regulations
- Inspect equipment before use and report any malfunctions or defects
- Communicate with ground crew to ensure safe movement of materials
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures at all times
- Keep accurate records of daily activities and maintenance logs
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid crane operator's license/certification
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating cranes on construction sites
- Knowledge of various types of cranes, rigging techniques, and load capacities
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and diagrams
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi is a plus)
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights if required

Working Conditions:
This is a contract job with the possibility of extension. The working hours may vary depending on project needs. Accommodation will not be provided, so preference will be given to candidates who already reside in Akron or are willing to relocate at their own expense.
