We are seeking a skilled Slinger to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. As a Slinger, you will be responsible for managing the movement and placement of heavy construction materials using specialized equipment. You will work closely with crane operators to ensure safe and efficient lifting operations.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect and assess load weight and dimensions to determine appropriate sling configuration
- Attach slings, cables, or chains to crane hook or other lifting devices
- Direct crane operators in moving loads to designated locations
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure safe and efficient operations
- Inspect sling equipment for damage or wear and report any issues immediately
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Slinger in construction or heavy equipment industry
- Knowledge of various types of slings and rigging equipment
- Ability to read and interpret load charts and diagrams
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Physical strength and endurance to perform duties such as climbing, kneeling, and lifting heavy objects
- Certification in rigging or sling operations is preferred but not required
