We are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to maintenance and repair in both residential and commercial properties. This is a full-time position with a salary of 900$ per month, and we also offer visa sponsorship for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work
- Repair or replace broken or worn-out fixtures and appliances
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and address them in a timely manner
- Respond to emergency calls for repairs
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies
- Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Strong knowledge of different maintenance techniques and equipment
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects and working in tight spaces
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English (Portuguese language skills are a plus)
- Valid work permit for Portugal or willingness to obtain one through visa sponsorship
