Barber - Hair Stylist (Nepali)


We are a busy and growing salon located in the vibrant city of Las Vegas. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Barber - Hair Stylist from Nepal to join our diverse team. Our salon caters to a large Nepali community and we are committed to providing exceptional services that meet the unique needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Provide quality hair styling and grooming services to clients, including cutting, coloring, and styling hair
- Consult with clients to understand their hair needs and preferences
- Educate clients on proper hair care techniques and recommend products for at-home maintenance
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Utilize current trends and techniques to provide modern hair styles for all genders and ages
- Build rapport with clients by providing excellent customer service
- Keep up-to-date with industry knowledge and techniques through training sessions and workshops

Requirements:
- Must be a skilled barber with at least 1 year of experience in a professional setting
- Familiarity with Nepali hair types, textures, and styles is preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in Nepali is required, English proficiency is a bonus
- Must have experience working with diverse clientele from different cultural backgrounds
- Strong knowledge of current trends in hair styling
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be organized, reliable, and punctual

Perks:
